The rules for the use of cookies are adopted in accordance with the 2016 April 27 Provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

1. General provisions
   1. The agency “Spicy Banana” that is owned by UAB Primores (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) respects your privacy and protects your personal data, which you provide to us and which the Agency collects, as specified in this privacy policy. It explains why your personal data is collected and how it is done.
   2. The agency can collect your data for direct marketing purposes if you have given your consent. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If you subscribe to the Agency’s newsletters, you will always have the option to cancel them by following the links in the newsletter.
   3. The Agency applies the security and processing requirements for the processing of your data, established in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The Agency shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of all data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other forms of unlawful processing.
2. Terms of use of cookies
   1. In order to distinguish individuals from other users of the electronic website, the Agency uses cookies – data analysis management tools (cookies) on the website https://spicybanana.agency/.
   2. Cookies may be stored on the User’s computer (device). We use the recorded information to identify the User as a previous visitor to the website, for the purpose of information about the visit, to save the information, and to collect visitation statistics of the electronic website https://spicybanana.agency/.    8. The following types of cookies are used on the Agency’s website:

In order to achieve this, the Agency uses technical cookies that allow the website to be visible and enable its correct operation. The agency’s website works properly only thanks to technical cookies.
      • Functional cookies: The Agency also uses functional cookies that allow the User’s choices to be remembered and the efficient use of the website (for example, the cookies used allow the website to remember the language chosen by the User, the searches or views performed, the Services offered by the Agency. This type of cookie is not necessary for the website performance, but they add more features and make the User’s experience more enjoyable.
      • Analytical cookies: this type of cookies is used by the Agency to understand how visitors to the Agency’s website use the Agency’s website, to discover the weak and strong parts of the website, to optimize and improve the work of the website and to further implement advanced solutions. The data collected includes the pages viewed by the User, the type of platform the User uses, date and time information, the number of clicks, mouse movements and browsing activity, keywords and other text that the User collects while browsing the website.    9. Cookies are stored for no longer than 6 (six) months. since the User’s last visit.
   10. The purpose of these management tools is to ensure the quality of browsing the website, to help the Agency learn about the attendance of the Agency’s website and its individual parts, to understand the flows of users of the Agency’s website, to improve the Agency’s website and to better meet the needs of visitors.
   11. No personal data of the customer is collected with the help of cookies.
   12. During the recording of Necessary Cookies, information is not provided to any third parties, except for the Agency’s partners who serve the information technology farm used by the Agency in its activities.
